About Nicole
Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana with a rich background in healthcare. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University, she spent over twenty years working as a Registered Nurse—and still maintains her nursing license as part of her well-rounded professional foundation.
Driven by a passion for mental health, Nicole earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2018. She works with adults, couples, and families, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship struggles. Nicole has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and Story-Informed Trauma Therapy.
Nicole’s approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth. She creates a warm, authentic space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and rediscover hope and joy.
As a Christian, Nicole honors and respects the beliefs of all her clients and offers a nonjudgmental, supportive environment for everyone.
Outside of work, Nicole cherishes time with her family and her beloved mini-Australian shepherd. She’s also a proud coffee enthusiast!
